• Job Details:Oversee and execute PM, PDM and CM activities for all HVAC units. Monitor resources and ensure optimal operation, achieving all customers' objectives, and providing support to all equipment while performing calculations and implementing various plans for HVAC. Maintain and repair all refrigeration equipment, troubleshoot all HVAC equipment, and repair all coolers. Perform audits on all HVAC systems, collect data, perform periodic evaluations, monitor all log books, manage all change processes, and reserve all issues. Perform comprehensive assessments of HVAC systems to identify potential areas for improvement and reliability enhancement. Develop and implement maintenance strategies and schedules to ensure the longevity and optimal performance of HVAC equipment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish effective maintenance protocols and standard operating procedures. Analyze equipment failure trends, troubleshoot problems, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and improve system reliability. Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to accurately assess system performance and identify inefficiencies or malfunctions. Provide technical expertise and guidance to the maintenance team, ensuring proper handling of HVAC systems, adherence to safety protocols, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Monitor and analyze data related to energy consumption, system performance, and maintenance activities to optimize HVAC efficiency and identify opportunities for cost savings. Stay updated with industry advancements, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve HVAC reliability and maintenance processes. Foster a culture of proactive maintenance and reliability by conducting training sessions and workshops for technicians and operators. Possess good knowledge of HVAC construction, ASHRAE standards, safety rules, energy audits for buildings, and energy-saving opportunities. Have a strong understanding of renewable energy, specifically solar energy and wind energy. Possess excellent knowledge of solar energy design.
