• Job Details:- Designing and implementing new network solutions and improving the efficiency of current networks - Installing, configuring and supporting network equipment including routers, proxy servers, core switches, edge switches, stacked devices, WAN accelerators and DHCP - configure WIFI network vlans and route it as needed - Procuring network equipment and managing subcontractors involved with network installation - Configuring firewalls, routing and switching to maximize network efficiency and security - Maximizing network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting - Arranging scheduled upgrades - Investigating faults in the network - Updating network equipment to the latest firmware releases - Use monitoring solution for all network devices connectivity - Use Sys-log solution to collect and triage devices logs to respond as needed - Monitor an organization’s networks and systems for potential security threats, and respond to those threats as needed - Monitor all network resources access to know unusual activity in organization’s networks -Monitor and prevent any data leakage and respond as needed - Check vulnerability online based and hot fixes - Reporting network status to key stakeholders - Document all solutions to be a reference

• Job Details:- Provide and implement a technical solutions and support for clients, Design Network Infrastructures. - Design and implementing windows server solutions on-premise like (AD, DNS, DHCP, WDS, WSUS, TS). - Provide technical support for firewall and security solutions (Fortinet-Sophos). - Provide technical support and migrate office 365 solutions. - Provide technical support for servers hardware issues. - Providing technical support for IT product line devices " Servers ,Storage ,virtualization and cloud computing system " issues. - Doing remote troubleshooting sessions for IT issues reported from the customers. - Doing onsite Implementation and Technical Support for IT Projects if needed.
