• Job Details:1- Responsible for aspects of the WH including Cataloguing and Inventory Management, Logistics, Disposals , Demand Management and Expediting, 2- Implementation of the Supply chain strategy in a manner that facilitates the achievement of Sukari site business strategies and objectives. 3- Inventory value minimization. 4- Create and Review all the related policies and procedures. 5- Create & maintain performance reports and KPI for staff. 6- Regular reporting on warehouse. 7- Plan and Manage cyclic physical stock count. 8- Planning Ware house Capex and Opex, annual & long term budgets. 9- Effectively manage all warehouse tasks along with warehouse team, Confirm work efficiency that match the end users’ needs and requirements on a timely manner. 10- Manage the inventory levels along with consumption changes. 11- Ensure providing high level of customer service and support required by end users along with the warehouse/supply procedures. 12- Manage the storage, usage, and replenishment of all stock items. 13- Proper reporting for all the warehouse operation and inventory movement. 14- Organizing the inland transportation with Logistics team. 15- Manage the daily work activities along with supervisors. A brief of stores under my control : • Spare parts for main plant (Weir mineral in UK, Metso France, Wartsila France, Sandvik Sweden ETC.) • Spare parts for heavy equipment (most of them from Caterpillar) • Spare parts Mills and crushers (CME , Metso ,Storm in UK) • Reagents for process Dept. (local and imported) • Fuel Farm for storing the Fuel with capacity 6 Million litre (currently we are in a contract with TOTAL) • 2 fuel stations with capacity 550k litre • Lubricants stores (most of it Shell Products) • Food stores # of items catalogued in System 222239 replenishing take place every 15 days through a systematic process end with my final review after inventory controller’s put their recommendations. Main Projects: Working now on the Implementation of an ERP System. i.e. currently I am controlling & monitoring 22239 items with total value 87Milion$
