• Job Details:1- reduce number of stoppages Plan all spare parts, Lubricants, manpower and external repairs necessary for preventive and corrective maintenance activities to be available for job execution and prepare the daily program for maintenance works according to the budget which will consequently lead to the consistent operation of equipment and reduce the number of maintenance stoppages to increase the operation availability 2- reduce number of stoppages Managing the daily required manpower to perform preventive 3- Commit with MME budget Coordinate with maintenance planners s to prepare the monthly budget for his area (spare parts, hired manpower and services), and follow-up the actual costs charged to his area to avoid 4- high levels of availability • Achieve high levels of availability and reliability on equipment lead to maximize the productivity of equipment which will ensure the consistent supply of quality operation.

• Job Details:1-Review all planned work request from assigned area and determine validity and accuracy of information and engage the appropriate resources to set a preliminary priority. 2-Work with Stores to manage spare part usage to maximize turns but minimize risk of using critical spares. 3-Provide a total cost estimate for the work to be performed: labor, material, and outside services. 4-Works with Maintenance leads, supervisors and planners to determine resource availability and work to level the work force. 5-Follow up and communicates schedule to all resources: maintenance, operation, outside services, stores and engineering. 6-Manage, lead, guide and make the necessary planning to a group of preventive and corrective maintenance engineers, specialists and planners and follow-up their performance together with the work routines in a way that ensures the achievement of departmental goals. 7-Plan all spare parts, Tires, Lubricants, manpower and external, long life for parts, KMS and follow up brands. 8-Study, review and recommend the technical solutions and repairs for OSTOOL equipment’s to ensure their compatibility to existing equipment and increases its availability and reliability within approved maintenance cost budget. 9-Coordinates with site manager’s execution of maintenance plan to reduce downtime and follow customer plan. 10-Escalates issues to the Maintenance Director for work which does not appear to be valid or costly.
