• Job Details:• Review & study all project documents, drawings, technical specs, BOQ, and understand all requirements. • Prepare Clarification requests & attend pre-tender meetings. • Divide the project into different scopes and send RFQ for approved vendors and sub-contractors. • Prepare project quantities through quantity surveying if it is not available in the client documents. • Follow up sent RFQs and prepare comparison sheets. • Follow-up submitted offer. • Preparing Baseline time schedule for bid • Recommend recovery actions and plans • Develop project schedules and timelines • Monitor project progress and identify potential delays. • Collaborate with project teams to optimize resource allocation. • Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.
