• Job Details:• Responsible for timely system update and physical availability of materials within 11.000M2 Indoor and 7.000M2 Outdoor Storage Facilities (Supply Base) • Lead team of 3 Materials Controller dedicated for Warehouse activities • Ensuring all Materials Management transactions (such as Receipt, Transfer, Issue or Return) are utilizing within Inventory Management System (IMS) in correct way and manner • Lead team of 6 Warehouseman and 1 Technical Clerk dedicated for Stock Count activities • Ensure physical data is corresponding to SAP data (such as quantity, material condition, storage condition and preservation) • Running periodical reports on productivity and quality of both teams • Assist in investigations and gap analysis within warehouse operations • Provides recommendations and implements changes to improve warehouse operations

Project CoordinatorFull Time

• Job Details:OCTG stock equalization Project • Migrate all OCTG items to SAP system • Develop linkage between OCTG inventory management system and SAP system on transactional and material master levels • Work together with finance and engineering team to dispose obsolete and superseded OCTG materials and accessorizes • Work together with accounting team to reconcile differences of values charged to stock and end-user • Work together with drilling material coordinators to initiate fabrication and de-fabrication process • Remove significant value discrepancy of $27M Data Cleansing Project (part of “Backbone” portfolio) • Migrate materials from MAXIMO to SAP system • Maintain over 15.000 materials procurement and technical demand data by implementing physical verification in Azerbaijan, Georgia, various vendors and offshore warehouse facilities • Sum-up project results and analyse quality of data migrated to new system • Maintain discrepancies and amend conversion errors

Technical ClerkFull Time

• Job Details:Assigned to a project working directly with BP AGT PSCM team as a Materials Cataloguing Specialist • Acting as the focal point for all stock requisitions ensuring correct stock code was created • Review all new material requests and issue stock codes in electronic system • Work with technical documentation to gather procurement demand data - datasheets, drawings, bill of materials (BoM), operating and maintenance manuals, test certificates • Work together with end-users and manufacturers/vendors to ensure procured materials will fit for purpose • Support warehouse team to return items to stock from operation facilities for long and short-term storage • Support QA/QC team in resolution of non-conformity reports for new arrived materials • Support stock check team on identification of materials on stock • Maintain system errors by performing physical inspection • Analyse existing catalogue for potential duplicates, merge/divide materials both physically and in system • Update system in line with suppliers’ recommendation for obsolete and supersede materials
