Job Details: Checking, referring, and comparing of Tender drawings with BOQ & Specification.  Prepare Tender Queries to client when any clarifications needed or in case of found any discrepancies among tender documents or IFC package.  Measurement/take off for verify and cross check the quantities  Identify the additional works in the progress & sending Notice of Variation to the consultant to obtain approval before starting the additional works.  Prepare Variations adhere to the conditions of contract. Checking & approving sub-contractors payment application with appropriate backups & carrying out join measurement with sub- contractors.  Material reconciliation between ordered, delivered, executed & certified by the Engineer for the material tracking record.  Assist Commercial Manager to prepare Cash flow and CVR.  Preparing price comparison with suppliers & sub-contractors prices handling with various factors for the ease of evaluating them.  Measurements for the actual work done at site & prepare Interim Payment Application for the approval of Engineer.  Assist Commercial Manager to prepare Monthly Progress Report.

Job Details:Measuring works on site and from drawings including knowledge with electronic measurement systems.  Preparing BOQ from the Drawings and scope of work as per the relevant standard methods of measurement such as CESMM4, NRM2, POMI and SLS573. Assist to prepare cost plan and ROM.  Assist to the development of different classes of cost estimates. ▪ Assist on the Tender Return Evaluation.  Prepare the reconciliation for estimation based on the submissions of various stages such as Concept Design, Schematic Design, and Detail Design.  Maintaining proper and complete communication with the contractor’s and client’s representatives on all project related issues.  Check the materials on and off site verify delivery and acceptance from the client’s representative for payment approval.
