• Job Details:Diagnosing and troubleshooting end user desktop application issues, providing timely assistance and support, documenting incident management requests, analyzing root cause, supporting local and remote employees, troubleshooting and configuring laptops and desktops, providing support for Microsoft Windows and Office Suite, maintaining IT systems, identifying areas for improvement.
