• Job Details:Responsibilities include: vibration analysis data collection using AMS 2140 health analyzer on all mill rotating assets, vibration data analysis using AMS Machinery Health Manager, thermography data collection using FLIR IR gun on all mill assets, thermal inspections on electrical transformers, switchboards and thermography analysis using FLIR tools software, laser and dial gauge precision alignment on mill assets, QAQC for asset installation/maintenance, FARO scan internal mill liner inspection, motion amplification on assets, NDT testing on shafts, gears, pulley drums, storage tanks, bearing housings, welds, internal inspection on tanks, roughers, gears, oil sampling and oil results interpretation, SAP software, participate in 5Why and RCAs investigations conducted by area engineers, use SDT Lube Expert to determine assets lubrication condition, perform job safety analysis and general visual inspections around the plant and escalate defects to area owners.
