• Job Details:Review and study the design documents.  Review and study project specifications.  Review and prepare material submittal.  Reviewing purchase orders for materials for several systems.  Supervise on Preparation sizing calculation for conduits, cable trunks, cable trays.  Supervise on Preparation panel schedule for power and lighting systems.  Reviewing MCC'S shop drawings.  Reviewing BMS wiring shop drawings.  Prepare RFI/RFP for any conflict in design or technical problem.  Supervise on shop drawing preparation.  Prepare a work plan and time schedule for all works in my scope.  Coordinate with other trades to achieve the target.  Coordinate with suppliers, Consultant & Site team.  Inspect the Panel Boards & MCC'S during the factory inspection test (FAT).  Prepare cause and effect matrix & Fire alarm scenario.  Prepare shop drawing and as-built drawing for the below.  BMS system.  Fire alarm system.  Earthing & Lightening system.  Room details ( Server room, UPS room, Medical gas room)  Supervise on shop drawing and as-built drawing for the below.  Wall composite drawing.  Power system.  Lighting system.  Solar system.  MCC'S single line diagram.  Low current systems:  Access control.  IP and Data Network.  Public address.  MATV.  Clock.  CCTV.  Nurse call.  Queuing.  Room details for the following:  Substation including (RMU room, AVR room, Medium voltage room& low voltage room)  Electrical room.  Mechanical rooms (Pump room, AHU'S room, boiler room, Oxygen Gen. room & Fuel Pump room).  IT room.  Security room.  Counter details.  Single line diagrams for power & Light current systems.
