Sr. Commissioning Engineer

• Job Details:Generally responsible for testing, commissioning, and final handover of site assigned. Pre-site and on-site programming for KNX/Lutron Homeworks QS/Lutron Quantum system/Elan home automation system. Excellent system experience for Lutron Homeworks QS, Lutron Quantum system, KNX, Elan system and other AV system, provide network solutions like managed network and unmanaged network wiring and its configuration including CCTV, video intercom systems, and IP telephone with private branch exchange (PBX). Making schematic design for the systems. Lighting design and its management based on requirement. Responsible for implementation and monitoring of all electrical and lighting-related works at site. Responsible for design review & implementation of lighting control system. Prepares project documentation, lighting drawings preparation, and equipment suggestions to ensure the process and handover of the project in time. Manages directly and provides engineering and technical support to all the lighting automation work groups at the site and coordinates the works to mechanical and civil groups. Coordinates with client/consultant’s representatives for any site instructions and inspection of works. Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on a daily basis for all electrical groups at the site. Ensures that all the works done are under the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national, or international standards. Prepared bill of quantities (BOQ) for system installations, estimating material costs, labor, and project timelines. Designed system architectures and prepared detailed technical specifications for smart building projects, ensuring seamless integration and compliance with client needs. Assisted in tender submissions and form filling for smart building projects, ensuring all technical documentation aligned with the project scope and client requirements. Managed the commissioning, testing, and optimization of smart systems, ensuring they met performance standards and client expectations.

Pre-site and on-site programming for Lutron Homeworks QS/Lutron Quantum system programming of Lutron illumination and Grafik Eye lighting scenes on keypad. Making schematic designs for the systems. Lighting design and its management based on requirement. Responsible for implementation and monitoring of all electrical and lighting-related works at site.
