- Job Details:Meeting sales targets through effective planning and budgeting. Set realistic and achievable targets for the team. Set-up strategies and techniques necessary to achieve sales targets and decides future course of actions for the team members. Map potential customers and generate new leads / opportunities for the company. Create promotion fact sheet as per the agreed details (period, customer, mechanism, quantity, price, and cost) and get the required approvals. Prepare credit statements report for all customers, and share it with the concerned sales executive; in order to ensure on time collection. Conduct weekly/ monthly meeting with sales team and review the sales result, pending invoices and other related issues. Responsible to distribute the target to all sales team on the 1st week of every month by brand and SKU (Stock Keeping Unit). Ensure sales team implementation of sales fundamentals in order to achieve volumes. Responsible to achieve sales target/plan on a monthly/ yearly base. Responsible to increase share of shelf, share of SKU and share of display for all brands. Secure the availability of all range of SKUs. Ensure that sales team are achieving the targets base category and coverage for all channels. Responsible for achieving sales collection target by customer as per aging of bills. Ensure current and new customers files are completed, with full guaranties by approval of direct manager. Work closely and frequently with sales team for better understanding for their needs, market needs and develop effective strategies for better business results and employees satisfaction Encourage & motivate sales team to deliver excellent achievement result based on division goals. Assists sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies. Facilitates an organization of continuous process improvement. Consumer demands in a timely and cost effective manner. Establishes strong relationship with the key national customers, developing a business set-up based on the needs, market’s nature and people’s demands. Implement best practices of demand forecasting to ensure adequate supply of products to all territories. Ensures brands images by implementing marketing and merchandising strategies & plans.
