• Job Details:Boutique fitness studio specializing in transformation programs and body conditioning for rehabilitation and athletic purposes. It was established in 2014 and since been focusing its efforts in creating private training systems that can be accessible and affordable to a bigger sector of the Egyptian society. Functional domains include: Marketing, Sales & Customer experience departments • Rebranding of Fight Fitness Factory and reintroducing it from a Gym to a boutique fitness studio. • Creating and implementing a new sales and marketing strategy • Restructuring the Sales department, including; current personnel assessment, new personnel hiring, personnel training, lead pipeline structure and documentation. • Restructuring the Marketing department, including; hiring new personnel, training and coaching according to the new marketing strategy. • Restructuring the Customer experience department, including; full processes deck creation and documentation, personnel hiring and training • Assessment structures for each department and personnel. • Standardizing communication between all commercial departments and operations, fitness and management. • Creating and maintaining documentation of all organizational process assets.
