• Job Details:I started at Rigoletto as Sales & marketing coordinator ( Jul 1997) , within a year i was promoted as sales & marketing manager. Through that position I developed and extensive customer list of restaurants , five stars hotels & fast food chain companies to promote Rigoletto ice cream. I successfully introduced Rigoletto products ( ice cream & cakes ) to the Sheraton hotels , Meridien hotels, Applebees , Kenny Rogers Roasteries, Coffee Roastery Restaurants & café, Automobile club of Egypt, and other five stars restaurants and cafés. I also introduces the company to specialized organization like the Egyptian chef's association. In 2010 I was promoted as Branches Manager & Financial Analyst. My duties were to monitor the overall operations of the Rigoletto branches and supervise the application of franchise regulations with franchisees, launching and proposing new products, submitting monthly sales report to GM & CEO exposing sales curves of each product and branches and a comparison with previous month and last year same month, following production with central kitchen, hiring branches personnel & managers .
