• Job Details:Capture sales from incoming reservations calls and coordinate details of each reservation. Complete internal reservation forms. Reply to all email requests in a timely and efficient manner. Follow up on all days and answer general reservations email requests. Provide support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation. Assist and advise customers who may be choosing from a variety of travel options. Make reservations for customers based on their various requirements and budgetary allowances. Check the availability of accommodation or transportation on the customers’ desired travel dates. Help plan travel itineraries by suggesting local tourist attractions and places of interest. Process payments and send confirmation details to customers. Sort out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations. Answer any questions customers might have about the reservation process.
