Speech and Language Pathologist

• Job Details:Evaluate and assess communication, language, cognition, voice, speech, fluency, articulation, and swallowing difficulties in both pediatric and adult patients. Manage neurological disorders and voice disorders. Handle dysphagia, including therapy for those with feeding tubes. Design & implement personalized therapy plans; provide caregiver education. Work within a multidisciplinary team, collaborating closely with neurologists, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, dietitians, and others. Educate and train parents and caregivers to support therapy goals at home. Maintain detailed clinical documentation using SOAP notes and EMR for patient progress tracking and interdisciplinary communication. Deliver therapy via in-home visits and secure telehealth platforms.

Speech and Language Pathologist

• Job Details:Work primarily with pediatric patients, including those with autism, speech delay, phonological disorders, articulation errors, and stammering. Plan and deliver individualized therapy sessions based on each child’s specific needs and therapy goals. Provide regular parent training and guidance to support therapy outcomes at home. Maintain accurate documentation through SOAP notes and EMR for each session. Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.

Provide individual and small group therapy to students with speech sound errors, language delays, stammering, and social communication difficulties. Use Montessori materials and activities to support natural language development. Work closely with teachers to integrate language goals into daily classroom activities.
