• Job Details:• Events Coordinator: - Organizing Events & Preparing its materials. - Making annual plan for the proposed activities and separate monthly plan. - Preparing Agents Reports, &Preparing; the Medical Report form needed for each event. - Preparing Monthly Events breaking down <Value, Volume> sheet. - Promoting Hospital's new services in the events. • Cash Deals Supervisor: - Making annual wellness program for the following Accounts < TE-Data, Vodafone, Curves Gym, Solaris Club, Maadi Club, E-zee Sports Club> - Preparing separate monthly plan with the Date, Time, Duration, & Medical Activity. - Following up with the one in charge in each account to guarantee the in time preparation and setup. • Arranging for the effective distribution of marketing materials. • Social media management; Facebook. • Trainees Team Leader: - Preparing their attendance schedule, Distributing Tasks for each trainee & Following up on the delayed tasks.
