• Job Details:- Investigate client needs& Receive client requests. - Plan and execute all accounts activities on time. - Assist in building creative strategy for the brand. - Designing and planning digital "Online" marketing strategies. - Planning Social Media campaigns & strategies. - Liaison between clients (externally) and creative and art departments (internally). - Fill client briefing form with clients. - Receive client initial orders and briefing. - Deliver detailed briefing to responsible department. - Receive quotations from responsible department if needed. - Issue quotations to clients. - Issue job orders to responsible department. - Follow-up work progress with responsible department or studio manager. - Receive and review finalized work and ensure quality before delivery. - Deliver finalized work to clients. - Issue invoice requests to accounting. - Follow-up client collections and payments if needed. - Communicate existing and new service offerings to existing clients. - Understand clients business and communicate business opportunities to business development department. - Receive customer complaints and resolve with responsible department. - Study client sector to be aware of his client business dynamics. - Share creative team to reach his client needs. - Develop account management master plan. - Follow-up work progress and deadlines. - Conduct regular follow-up meeting on projects and tasks. - Research the market to secure new business opportunities and secure flow of clients. - Develop and update company presentation and conduct client presentations. - Represent the company in social organizations, events and business setups.
