Warehouse Coordinator

• Job Details:Move inventory and materials across facilities, process inventory for delivery, sort, organize, and store inventory in proper locations, package items and label them correctly, scan delivered items and ensure quality, report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors, schedule and coordinate incoming deliveries with suppliers and transporters, ensure correct documentation is received, check shipments for damage, quantity discrepancies, and compliance with orders, log and report any issues or non-conformities, enter received goods into the warehouse management system (WMS), update stock levels and locations in real time, file and store inbound documentation, communicate with procurement and accounts payable for goods received notes, work with inventory control and quality assurance teams to verify product integrity, track shipments and provide ETAs to relevant departments.
