• Job Details: Creating financial reports and interpreting financial information to senior employees.  Proactively recommending while recommending financial strategy and further courses of action.  Calculating and reporting on the main KPIs relating to Financial Sales, DSO and DI.  Facilitating weekly meetings regarding the latest financial information.  Providing status progress reports along with relevant recommendation and next steps required.  Coordinating the Business Plan/Revised Estimate timing, data collection, entry, and consolidation  Preparing full Profit & Loss, reconciliations, budgets and detailed revenue analysis complying with IFRS and SOCPA.  Managing financial operations across 5 Plants with a focus on meeting objectives, assessing priorities, allocating timescales and distributing work per level of expertise required.  Creating and implementing company financial controls and processes when mitigating financial and business risks. Developing contingency plans where necessary.

Manager Costing & Accounts Full Time

• Job Details: Performing profitability analysis for clients, manpower and SBUs before reporting variances to stakeholders.  Reporting at management level as well as to business partners on the implications of quarterly and yearly movements on the Balance Sheet.  Working closely with colleagues and management to improve financial processes.  Creating budget forecasts and assisting senior management with fiscal planning.  Generating reports to be submitted to higher level authorities for use in analysing and projecting expenditures and for use in monitoring funds.  Utilising effective administration skills when managing trial balance, profit & loss accounts, age-wise accounts payables & receivables statements and balance sheets.  Liaising with various internal personnel and management to understand workload ahead and ensuring priorities are understood.  Financial planning, budgeting and reporting including reconciliations and cash management.  Payroll management, audit systems, pension processing and all financial transactions. Notable Achievements:  Introduced a Standard Costing System across the Hub Battery Plant and also Chemical Division.  Created Accounts Charts as well as a Cost Centre and Profit Centre utilising ERP.
