Construction Manager

• Job Details:Overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion. Structural & finishing work execution of g+5 annex building, visitor center, irrigation tank, solar panel foundation with battery buildings, hard & soft landscaping. Block work, insulation work, plastering work, wet area waterproofing work flooring work, solid paint, glass cladding work, roof area waterproofing work. Safety regulation, quality control standard, environmental requirement. Meeting held with engineering team & sub-contractors for quality & cost. Coordinate with sub-contractor activities to achieve safely & successful project delivery. Reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs. Ensure project budgets, work undertaken are in compliance with contractual obligation. Three weeks look ahead schedule meeting every week with site team. Reviewing the shop drawing, contract document and variation orders as per the revised BOQ, vetting of contractor’s interim payment certificates.

Construction Manager

• Job Details:Supervision of tunnel work (0.8 km) for people mover system. Supervision of PMS rail track, underground power substation construction. Supervising of PMS track construction works as per the contract specifications. Supervision of raft foundation, grade slab of commercial complex, block work, plastering work, solid paint of internal & external wall, coordinating with the consultants. Preliminary documentation works prior to start work and in progressive period. Quality control of material & inspections for civil works. Supervised job: supervising of junior engineer’s work. Supervision of material & profile of road technical data sheet. Supervision of waterproofing for pier foundation. Preparation of weekly & monthly progress reports. Assembling the records for all executed works. Updating about the project status to the project manager by daily reports. Reviewing the shop drawing, contract document and variation orders.

Senior Structure Engineer

• Job Details:Supervision of structural work of villas g+1+pent house work, front precast wall as per approved structural designed drawings and material. Supervision of block work, insulation work plastering work, flooring work, solid paint, metal work, wet area waterproofing work. Supervising the officer villas works as per contract specifications. Coordination with dar al-riyadh and aaw officials. Preliminary documentation works prior to start work and in progressive period. Quality control over material for civil works. Technical head for the manpower recruitment by the company side and recruited almost 2500 skilled & unskilled manpower for civil works. Supervised job: senior structure engineer of SBC, ETABS, PROKON, AutoCAD software’s. Supervision of material technical data sheet. Supervision of waterproofing in wet areas and roof. Supervision of distribution of underground water tanks. Preparation of weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly progress reports. Conduct meeting with contractors to improve the quality & progress. Assembling the records for all executed works. Keep updating the project manager through frequent reports. Reviewing the shop drawing, contract document and variation orders as per the revised BOQ, vetting of contractor’s interim payment certificates. Assigning the duties of inspectors & surveyors for road field density test.
