• Job Details:Job description Senior Quality engineer for laundry powders factory, responsible for Quality, Process and Operations where: Creating QMS for procedures and inbound/process/Outbound inspection system Ensure quality measures and process parameters are well identified for the process and product Training program for operators and technical team Ensure all controls for process formulations are applicable and applied Warehouses readiness in-terms of quality aspects and required conditions for the materials Periodical update report for the Chair-board for the quality analysis and factory behavior results Quality agreements between the source unit factory and the Market Customer Tasks handled through this position are: Risk assessment for the process and critical materials in formulation Prepare the commissioning plan for the process and packing area from prospective of materials required, QTY#, durations, timelines Prepare and update Project Network at commissioning phase and trials phase Factory laboratories readiness in-terms of equipment, chemicals, procedures, and personnel structure Periodical Internal audits for the factory (production, quality, maintenance and logistics) according to Unilever and ISO requirements Analyze process efficiency according to quality and operations losses and tackle chronic root causes for elimination or reduction Periodical quality analysis update for regional quality team and R&D team, to show operations behavior and process capability Enzymes management system in factory for monitoring enzymatic dust levels and reporting periodically, and Enzymes analysis for product.
