• Job Details:I started as a science teacher in American division for upper elementary, then middle school until i became a chemistry teacher for high school along with working as the Head of the science department and the head of the quality assurance team. As i attended the school accreditation process twice while being in the leadership team.

• Job Details:I work as a team leader for the account of Bell Business repair for telephony repair services in Canada. My current role is to maintain my team and the account targets and goals though the Business (client) goals and the People goals to maintain a professional environment and offer the best customer service in a effective time manner. Handle the shrinkage and the service level of the calls, by controlling the AHT (average handling time) for the consultants, maintain the level of Quality on the calls, along with the customer satisfaction metrics. Respond to my team request and make sure that everyone is working in a very good, productive environment.

• Job Details:I joined Xceed as CSR since 2008, for the canadian account "Videotron Ltee".We served our customers for all the telecommunications services as TV cable, internet service provider, Domestic Telephone, Portable phone services and Voice Over IP telephony services. After 9 months from Joining as CSR, since i was from the top performer in all the metrics (Quality, Sales, Customer Satisfaction) i joined the mentor Team, which his role is to help the new comers and the consultants having opportunities with their scores to improve their performance through an Action plan in specific time.
