• Job Details:• Follow up, collection and allocation of payments • Monitoring customer account details for non payments, delayed payments and other irregularities • Maintain accounts receivable customer files • Receivable management day to day activities • Supervise the day to day activities regarding to journal enteries and posting to general ledger. • Manage a group of relationships with suppliers in order to reconcile accounts payables • Positioning and reporting of accounts payables. • Perform and compile the necessary accounting issues regarding to contractors . • Prepare and follow up wire transfers to forign and local suppliers • Manage a group of relationships with the financial institutions in order to handle the company accounts and the instructions needed to manage the accounts and balances. • Assist the credit team to allocate the incoming transfers with the customers invoices • Factoring and refinance issues . • Reconcile bank’s statement. • Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures • Supervise the input and handling of financial data and reports for the company's automated financial systems. • Calculate the deprecations for all assets every quarter • Ensure accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses • Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close • Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met • Prepare financial management reports • Classifying issued checks. • Calculates foreign currency translations. • Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits.
