• Job Details:•Direct and Manage highest strategic portfolios/Mega projects, •Actively involved in Business strategy development and end to end processes creation. •Responsible and accountable for providing strategies, Methodologies, tools, techniques, and processes to related departments. •Maintain governance through Monitoring ,controlling, and reporting Portfolio performance to CXO levels which related to Programs, projects, and operations (i.e. KPIs, SLAs, and SLOs for implementation ,services delivery, and post –delivery and customer satisfaction,) with different sectors (Engineering, Consumer, Business, HR, and Wholesale). •Key stakeholder of the committee who developed Program and Project management life cycle including “Benefits, Delivery, and closure” between Engineering, Business sales Units in cooperating with several consulting firms. •As the chairman of the commercial committee and manage evaluation of the bidding proposals. •Direct engagement in programs financial aspects (PRs, POs, Revenues for both business and consumers). •Managing day to day Portfolio’s milestones. •Accountable for productive business relationship with customers, •Ensure vendors are aligned with programs goals, objectives, obligations, SOW, and required deliverables. •Develop Risk register and Risk response strategy for service delivery management. •Successfully delivered more than 15 projects/programs, and Mega projects. •Participate in decision making that relates to business objectives, execution of risks and challenges. •Spearhead business activities of programs/ projects to ensure ROI and re-assess the same during implementation. •Involved in planning, directing and managing designated projects including resources optimization and utilization with accountability for challenging proposals, initiatives, backup plans, and special projects.
