• Job Details:• Developing and implementing effective strategies for Purchasing, Warehouse and Logistics, Biomedical, Transportation, Facilities and Maintenance departments to increase efficiency and speed. • Maintain all medical equipment’s to the appropriate standards as prescribed by equipment manufacturer, so as to ensure that all medical equipment’s is used to provide the best health care services to patients, staff & Clients. • Collaborate with other departments to close operational gaps. • Optimize warehouse functions. • Handle communications and negotiations with suppliers. • Monitor logistics to make sure they run smoothly. • Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes. • Resolve issues that come up (e.g. delays in delivery, accidents). • Maintaining inventory. • manage the development, performance and maintenance of the organization’s transport to produce an efficient transport service, maximizing performance, value and profitability against pre-agreed target. • Responsible for managing all aspects of the maintenance department.

Procurement and Pharmacy DirectorFull Time

• Job Details:Establish, annually review, and update when necessary comprehensive written policies and procedures for the administration, distribution, and accountability of pharmaceuticals in compliance with M.O.H laws and regulations. • Manage staff job objectives, work methods, review objectives, manage and communicate appraisal & employee performance. • Overseeing sales assistants, cashiers, shelf stockers, and other pharmacy employees. • Addressing customers' requests and complaints. • Establishing & maintaining measurable performance metrics for all procurement activities • Supplier Management, Measure supplier performance, supplier quality, internal order placement • Maintain & Monitors buyer activity levels, financial (AP) performance, and material shortage elimination. • Negotiate and execute purchase orders or vendor contracts as needed to support the critical business needs. • Manage material flow to ensure inventory is maintained to the optimum level to support on time deliveries while keeping inventory holdings at the appropriate levels. • Develops an overall vendor base which creates and sustains a competitive advantage, utilizing market exploitation, leveraging spend, and leveraging of technologies. • Manages materials savings initiatives in line with profit plan and overall business objectives. • Communicate any issues involving decision making that will affect the organization operationally or financially to his/her direction and final decisions with the consultation for executive manager

• Job Details:• Planning supply chain schedules in advance in preparation for busy seasonal periods. • Keeping in touch with suppliers and developing cordial relationships with them. • Negotiate with suppliers to minimize transportation and materials costs. • Making sure that all suppliers information and records are up to date. • Taking steps to ensure the personal safety and safe working environment of staff. • Checking all suppliers have valid insurance certificates, bank details & registrations certificates. • Keeping accurate records of products, contracts, pricing, and invoicing information. • Obtaining quotations and making cost comparisons. • Carrying out the initial and ongoing assessment of the supply chain. • Involved in the hiring, training, supervising, and mentoring of supply chain staff • Analyze inventories to determine how to increase inventory turns, reduce waste. • Manage activities related to strategic material requirements planning, inventorycontrol, warehousing, or receiving.
