• Job Details:-Submitting Baseline Time Schedule according to (FIDIC 1999-Genertal Conditions of Contract Submitting narrative reports based on the method statement describing the logic, coding. Submitting procurement log, concentrate on the long lead items related with critical activities or needs long procurement or long installation time. Submitting shop drawing log. Submitting material submittal log. Submitting weekly plans, monthly plans Preparing Interim Payments in-cooperation with the project manager. Updating the time schedule biweekly as per project documents (Daily Report, Weekly Report, Monthly Report, site visit…..etc),  Following up the critical activities to ensure the process of project completion at the specified date. Tendering the variation orders occurred during the construction phase resulting from design change and its consequences, then submitting technical and financial offers for executing the additional works related with these variations. Preparing the contractor's Claims based on FIDIC 1999(General Conditions of the Contract), using (CPM) method -Critical Path Analysis- to show the delay impact related to variation request along with supporting documentation, then submitting revised baseline for the Employer/Consultant approval (or consent).  Project Coordinator: Responsible of all mutual correspondences between the Contractor and the other parties of the project, replying on queries, questions, requests from the Client or other project's parties.
