• Job Details:Starting from 1998 onwards, I have continually covered managerial positions in various important banks in Albania. My experience is centered at different and quite important and sensitive areas like treasury management, dealing in financial instruments, risk management, liquidity management and investment banking. I have an extensive knowledge of financial sector dynamics and products. As Head of Treasury Department my area of responsibility has been focused on • foreign exchange activity both in local and foreign currencies, spot and fx derivatives, • trading of money market and interest rate instrument spot and derivatives, • banknote and cash management • Treasury management via KPI-s especially regarding trading of financial instruments. • liquidity and funding risk management of investment and trading books, liquidity, short and long term forecasts. Preparation and analysis of liquidity ladders as well as collaboration with Risk Management and external consultants regarding stress-testing modeling. Liquidity and funding analysis, reporting. Co-operation with IT for improving reports modelling. • market risk management focused on the identification, assessment, monitoring and reporting of interest rate risk, foreign currency risk, as well as counterparty risk funding & liquidity risk using up-to-date techniques and methods like VaR calculations, stress-testing scenarios. Evaluation of operational risk framework with regard to Treasury and dealing. KRI assessment and management. • guidance and control of treasury dealing activities both operational and strategic. • asset – liability management, pricing of financial instruments • involvement in Credit and Operational risk management For years, I have been, member of very important managerial teams like: Asset – Liability Committee, Risk Management Committee, Credit Committee. As Head of Investment Banking Department I have been responsible for the following activities: • mergers & acquisitions, • analysis of financial statements, • securities markets and asset management, • sales and customer relations, As head of department, I have been responsible for staff management up to 15 persons, as well as for the fulfillment of specific target objectives.
