PROJECT MANAGERFull Time

• Job Details:• Review and Study project documents, Specifications, Tender drawings. • Plan the project Engineering methodology and submissions of the shop drawings, Submittals in accordance with the project baseline program. • Monitor and control the material procurement process in coordination with the procurement team to match with the project program and actual running activities. • Process and ensure payments such as monthly payment certification and sub-contractor payment certificate are precise and submitted in a timely manner. • Preparation & Submission of MEP Interim Payment Application • Prepare MEP Daily, weekly, and monthly report. • Prepare variation claims including format attachment and all necessary requirements for justification and substantiation. • Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure materials on site are delivered on time. • Ensure all the work of subcontractors is carried out in accordance with the contract. • Facilitated processing of RFI’s submittals and change orders among the sub-contractors, the owner, and the owner's consultants. • Monitored the safety of all construction activities, making on-site personnel safety the top priority. • Complete the project handing over along with the Close out documents, O&Ms, Warranties, Training.

Technical Instructor Trade Theory and Acting Senior InstructorFull Time

• Job Details:*** Technical Instructor Trade Theory and Acting Senior Instructor or all trade course (General Electrical Installation, Refrigeration Air-Conditioning, Diesel Mechanics, Welding & Pipe Fabrication, Plumbing & solar System, PC Maintenance) 1. Organizing and developing the subject of specialization and preparing the training package book for all courses. 2. Ensuring the proper implementation of the subject syllabus and the evaluation of its effectiveness under the direction of the supervisors concerned. 3. Coordinating the teaching of the subject with subjects taught by other Instructors. 4. Maintaining records and controls different supplies of the section and ensures proper utilization of the facilities and equipment. 5. Participating in co-curricular activities in the Center and in different summer courses when required; 6. Following up the mark system for all trainees (trade and semi professional courses) the diplomas and the transcripts. 7. Following up the attendance with the concerned instructors 8. Preparing monthly reports on the level of achievements and on trade courses progress 9. Approves the leave of trainees after getting permissions from concerned instructor 10. Maintaining discipline and moral among trainees, controlling the adherence to time in and out (punctuality). 11. Teaching the technical drawing with AutoCAD and math for trade courses 12. Prepare package book (job ethics) and teach for all trade courses (Arabic) 13. Prepare package book (communication skills) and teach for all trade courses (Arabic)
