• Job Details:Reporting Line - Chief Executive Officer Key Result Areas: • Structured the Program Management Office "PMO", set the foundation for effective organizational project management. • Directed IDH companywide programs and projects to ensure successful delivery and alignment with strategic goals. • Managed the roll-out of IDH's top-notch branches “15 laboratories and 4 radiology centers” with an overall budget of EGP 800k Million, increased market share in the radiology sector, and improved patient satisfaction and access in laboratories by 20%. • Orchestrated the launch of the warehouse management system (WMS), revamped AlMokhtabar and Alborg laboratories websites/applications, and courier management system across Egypt “across 500 couriers serving 550 branches” to streamline operations and improve efficiency with an overall budget of EGP 200k Million.
