I am honoured to have been recognised as Manager of the Year by both my colleagues and employers for my work at the Emirates Stadium, one of the most prestigious venues where major events take place. In this role, I successfully led a team of 15 people, overseeing operations and ensuring the highest standards of service and efficiency. This experience has strengthened my leadership skills, taught me how to manage a diverse team under pressure, and given me invaluable insight into event management at the highest level. I take great pride in my ability to motivate and support my team, delivering outstanding results in a fast-paced environment.
