- Job Details:i worked as a customer service agent , after my flawless results i got promoted to be a High Value agent , then a ADSL technical support agent , and at the waiting list to be a team leader, i switched my next step not to be a team leader , but a work force member , but suddenly the dream is over as they didn't inform me about the last interview time , so another friend got hired instead of me (( best luck for him )) , i switched my carerr lately to be a web designer to improve my creativity skills and to use my courses which i've took .... to be continued !
