• Job Details:• Establish and coordinate all IE & Continuous Improvement activities on the site. • Assist in delivering the creation and training of Green and Yellow belts. • Ensure that correct Work Measurement, Machine Output Measurement and Operator Work Measurement practice and monitoring systems are in place to deliver best practice. • Assist in factory/site 6-S Activities to achieve conformity • Assist the CIP manager in Budget preparation’ • Assist monitoring factory/site CIP activities • Drive continuous improvement to maximize productivity in all manufacturing areas. • Support other managers in introducing new working methodology and procedures. • Ensure suitable training of employees in correct working practices to deliver consistent excellence in performance. • Monitor attainment of the production plans and KPI’s • Take effective and expeditious actions to correct any underperformance. • Calculate variations for future production plans, calculation of machine and Operator hours and therefore machine and labor utilization • Guides the training activity of operators and technicians in collaboration the relevant HR management team. • Act as facilitator for CIP project teams as required.

• Job Details:It was a 2 weeks training on the miraco carrier concentrated on the production line and the R&D department. * On the production line We concentrated on the processes and the flow of it. * on the R&D department we visited the isolation room and the quality research room.
