• Job Details: Fulfilled a critical role in revamping the Base oil aromatic extraction unit from phenol to environment friendly NMP solvent, which controlled the oil solubility and reduced equipment fouling because of lower solvent degradation.  Reviewed, Commented and approved process commissioning procedures documents of the aromatic extraction unit such as “leak test procedures, Site acceptance test of equipment and fired heaters drying and start up procedures”.  Acted as witness person in all Process commissioning activities related to the project and approved test reports.  Supervised the modification of the Foxboro DCS pages according to Bechtel certification submitted P&ID documentation.

• Job Details: Developed strategic plans by preparing tenders from process point of view and producing process simulation models using HYSYS for different projects.  Established operational capabilities to process contractors’ documents for onshore and offshore projects that established disciplined forecasting, planning, reviewing, and approving processes.  Played a key role in technical management of contractor's construction activities, project planning, commissioning, and testing according to and company regulations.  Deployed go-to engineering plan of new direct fired heater, re-boiler, and flash drum in AQP LPG plant.  Represented the client in the engineering, construction, and commissioning along with start-up strategies of new 120 MMSCF/DAY offshore gas production and primary treatment platform, DCS Emerson DELTA V.  Successfully executed the commissioning and start-up of custody transfer ultra-sonic Gas flow meter between AQP LPG plant and GASCO with a capacity of 280 MMSCF/DAY.
