• Job Details:•Develop,Review and Update Projects schedule on PrimaveraP6, •Analysis of project progress, delays and advise proper actions for recovery, •Create review and update recovery plans, •Prepare Daily, weekly and Monthly progress reports as per client requirements, •Monitor and compare actual productivity to planned and record productivity rates and related deficiencies, •Control the project schedule and advise the client with delay thresholds •Monitor and control project scope and report on any changes in the project scope and analyze the time and cost impact, •Prepare, review and update the project variations and report on the status of the issued Variation orders, •Support cost control as per contractual procedures ,objectives and requirements, •Prepare, follow up and document correspondences with the client, •Study and control the contract and monitor any changes, •Coordinate, attend and record project review meetings with related parties, •Develop forms and templates for monitoring and controlling project time and budget, •Any other activity as directed by the management.
