• Job Details: Internal & external inspection of pressure vessels, drums, heat exchangers, storage tanks, columns, furnaces, Boilers, flares, plant piping, refractory etc. and failure mechanism for corrosion, erosion, damages, cracks, pits, thinning or other failures found during plant shut down/equipment downtime.  Life assessment, corrosion rates and remaining life calculations.  Identify areas of concerns and propose dedicated inspection/maintenance procedures to follow up to improve plant integrity.  Preparation of inspection reports with all findings, abnormalities and recommendations and follow up for items requiring repair/replacement.  Review of QA/QC documents, welding procedure specifications, PQRs, method statements, working procedures etc. as and when needed.  Working experience with different kinds of materials.  Maintaining up to date inspection records of equipments, plant piping, & On-stream inspections (OSI) data.  Review of NDT reports, PWHT charts/reports etc  Identify areas of concerns and propose dedicated inspection/maintenance procedures to follow up to improve plant integrity.  Corrosion monitoring of plant facilities, data interpretation and appropriate repair recommendations.  Carry out UT Thickness measurements and monthly welding inspection (PT, MT, VT).  Witness and follow up for hydro-static test and Heat Treatment Process.  Witness and follow up for Eddy Current and Video scope.

Quality Control EngineerFull Time

• Job Details: Prepare, monitor and apply the planned QA/QC and N.D.T activities (Quality plan and inspection test plan ITP).  Check the materials certificates, heat number, material traceability and control, preparing the material receiving report.  Follow, monitor and control NDT procedure and its qualification according to specs and codes.  Preparing the W.P.S, P.Q.R, W.Q.T and all N.D.E Reports.  Monitor and carry out welder qualification test (W.Q.T) according to relevant code.  Monitoring fabrication for piping, vessels & oil storage tanks using different welding processes (GTAW, GMAW, SAW & SMAW).  Carry out UT Thickness measurements and daily welding inspection (PT, MT, VT).  Radio-graphic films interpretations.  Witness and follow-up for hydro-static test and Heat Treatment Process.
