• Job Details: • Went to Methode Electronics Malta ltd. For having a training in Hetronic Malta to bring the project to Methode Electronics Egypt ltd. And being responsible for RRC (Radio remote control) Assembly department. • Responsible for RRC department. • Uses visual aids, wiring lists, schematics, blueprints, workplace instructions and verbal and written instructions to assemble, modify, rework or reassemble units. • Performs a wide variety of electronic assembly operations to build up and assemble complex units such as electronic keys, electronic switches, electronic joysticks, cable harnesses, PCB boards, electronic RF (radio frequency) using soldering . • Translate workplace instructions, blueprints and schematics to the new operators in Egypt to be easier for understanding and quick learning. • Make technical interviews for the new operators that are going to join the RRC department and provide guidance and work leadership to less-experienced assemblers. • Insure of the final Quality checking of work done. • Creating and Modify Jigs of existing lines in case of having new variants or to improve yield and to reduce human manual errors. • Responsible for RRC Kitting department. • Printing the production list that is ordered by the customers and arranging the production pick list that contains the BOM of each order. • Start the filling of materials from the stock according to the BOM and insure that stock take being monitored to reduce human manual errors using CMS. • Start distributes the work orders to the RRC department to start producing and assembling the orders. • Start distribute the production orders to the other departments (HOCC,Mechanics,SASW,SAMO) to maintain the stock fulfill. • Responsible for leading the production lines in Methode electronics Egypt ltd. Mainly in “Mitsubishi Steering wheel , Aston Martin center stack , Jaguar start/stop engine button , Volvo trunk switch , Fiat/Alfa window lifter & GM start inhibit switch” production lines. • Leading the production division within the assembly department. • Following the lean basics to improve the OEE and eliminate all wastes. • Carry out final quality checking of work done. • Reports daily to the plant Manager about production performance, OEE and target achievements. • Maintains store inventory monitoring, production grid, manufacturing que screen and shipment production confirmation using CMS program. • Maintain line efficiency to meet production goals • Follow production schedule and work with warehouse to get orders pulled and staged. • Ability to communicate with the lines and report result to production management team. • Help implement solutions to support daily results, improvement in safety, quality, cost and reliability. • Ability to perform on-the-job training. • Maintain a clean and organized work area according to 5S and lean basics.
