• Job Details:Lead and guide the shift team to maintain a high-speed Bi-axially Orientation polypropylene line at full capacity. Planning daily activities, ensuring the achievement of production plane. Feedback analysis for defects. Responsible for monitoring process steps. Purchase raw material from warehouse, ensuring spares & raw material is available for the plant. Produce new product trail. Resolves customer complaints, trace back defects and takes corrective actions. Execute all activities involved in recycling system. Coordinate with mechanical department during break down and electrical department. Coordinate with slitting and metalizing for various affairs related to production. Date entry in ERP and monitoring various reports required to track production performance. To follow safe operation practice.
