• Job Details:General Tasks: 1) Serve as a main and direct point of contact for most customer and service provider’s interaction. 2) Respond to customer requests and provide consistent communication. 3) Establishes network specifications by conferring with users; analyzing workflow, access, information, and security Interact with Network/HW Suppliers, and Vendors. 4) Daily Performance monitoring for the Data Center Services (Physical eye check, network connections to all web services, remote sites, Network, servers memory, H.D space, Storage IOPs peaks) (PRTG Reports Monitoring) and the priority will be for the critical services (All Critical services that has sound alarms ). 5) Secures network by developing network access, monitoring, control, and evaluation; maintaining documentation. Projects: Name: The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) for Fawry Company. My Tasks: 1) Responsible for hardening all the Network devices for Fawry Company. 2) Monthly check on the software (upgrades/patches) for all Routers, switches & firewalls. 3) Providing monthly evidences for the PCI auditors. 4) Responsible for solving all technical issue.
