• Job Details:- Reviews and interpret drawings, standards, specifications, land survey coordinates and all other related. - Oversee construction activities, monitor progress and supervises all involved crews in direct modification and installations, ensuring all works conforms to the engineering design and standard specifications. - Ensures that all materials, equipment and required workers are available on site. - Developing the project time schedule for construction of the entire project scope. - Coordinate with owner and main contractor representative. - Coordinate with factory on site deliveries. - Preparation of (Daily / Weekly Reports) for the progress of work. - Preparation of periodical invoices. - Complies with the highest level of safety during all stages of project execution. - Provide technical advice regarding construction to project management. - Conduct studies of environmental conditions to identify engineering problems and assess the potential impact to the projects.

Technical Office EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:- Create structural models with detailing by Revit. - Preparing structural Shop drawings and details for different concrete sections. - Create and preparation sheets of quantity takeoff by Revit. - Co-ordination Structural model with Architectural model. - Reviewing quantity surveying, and monthly payment and invoices. - Developing the project time schedule for construction of the entire project scope. - Review contract documents & advise the Project Manager on technical matters affecting construction, time and costs. - Preparing cost estimates as required. - Analysis quotations from Suppliers and Subcontractors. - Preparation of payments for Subcontractors and Suppliers.

Project Civil Engineer Full Time

• Job Details:- Reviews and interpret drawings, standards, specifications, land survey coordinates and all other related. - Oversee works in progress for Building construction activities and its conformance with specifications and requirements, building codes, standards and procedures including materials if it conforms to drawings specifications, methods and procedures; it includes: * Earthworks and excavation, waterproofing for foundations, prepare and study all bar bending and steel fixing schedules for all concrete structures and check rigidity of formworks. * Finishing works, “block works, plastering, internal painting, marble and ceramic tiles, water proofing, wooden and aluminum works and landscaping … etc”. * Wastewater network for the project - Perform constructability reviews walk down to assure that the work progress is within schedule and solving problems that affects the schedule. - Reply requests for information (RFIs), initiate non-conformance reports and surveillance notice for defected parts of work. - Preparation of (Weekly / Monthly Reports) for the progress of work. - Reviewing quantity surveying, and monthly payment for the main contractor. - Coordinate with other discipline staff to ensure the optimum interface of various operational activities to achieve the overall objective of the project. - Assist in the proper closeout of project including transmittal of final documentation to client.
