• Job Details: Supporting the plant operations to achieve annual safety, quality, and production goals.  Plan, develop, and implement new programs, methods, and procedures designed to improve maintenance, safety, and project processes, minimize operating costs, and drive greater utilization of equipment.  Responsible for ensuring that maintenance, reliability, and project are performed in accordance with the best practices and standards.  Responsible for ensuring that maintenance, reliability, and project programs are conducted in compliance with EHS regulations.  Responsible for implementing process improvement projects based on 6sigma.  Develops engineering solutions to repetitive failures and all other problems that adversely affect plant operations.  Develop a standardized set of metrics to measure overall plant level performance of maintenance and reliability activities.  Manage all the projects life cycle phases from initiating to closing processes.  Manage the staff's activity relating to troubleshooting, repairs, and facility improvement.  Manage the spare parts optimization processes.  Manage the asset life cycles to improve quality control of assets, including software and hardware.  Manage the plant automation and instrumentation systems based on the best practices.  Manage the implementation of plant automation changes through MOC.  Experience in the industrial codes & standards such as ISA, IEC, PMI, ISO.
