• Job Details:managing maintenance and leading the team , working on multiple systems such as generators, transformers, ATS, UPS, Elevators, fire alarm and fire fighting, chillers, boilers, laundry, medical gas systems, agriculture, Cleaning , security and civil maintenance of facilities. Preparing the preventative, corrective and emergency maintenance plans for facilities assets. Training and improving team skills and periodic performance assessment by special KPI. Preparation of the ticket program (Job Order) and distribution of tasks to the team and Supervising of implementation. Conducting regular reports for facilities activities. Control the maintenance budget and provide energy saving solutions. Monitoring spare parts inventory. Monitoring the work carried out by subcontractors. Application of the asset replacement plan according to budget. Build positive relationships with external management such as civil defense, electricity company offices and local water company and participating with them in the implementation of emergency training for the facility. Emergency response and take appropriate initiatives in case of emergencies
