• Job Details:1- Installing various networks and providing the required technical support for them. 2- Recording the attendance and departure schedule for all company employees. 3- Creating a unique username and password for each employee's computer. 4- Performing daily network monitoring and ensuring continuous availability of WAN connectivity, and promptly and effectively resolving any technical issues that the network may encounter. 5- Providing support in developing the company's information network. 6- Providing technical support in installing POS devices, printers, and scales. 7- Providing technical support in data collection, attendance, and departure devices, and providing the necessary protection for the network and personal computers from various viruses. 8- Performing network maintenance and troubleshooting. 9- Performing backup operations for databases and servers on a regular basis and ensuring that the backup copies are stored in a safe place. 10- Testing the backups and making sure they are working properly and that data can be restored correctly in the event of a system failure.
