Issues license for all ground support equipment operators. Implement safety and security. All staff are attended mandatory courses. Activated emails for communication with other departments or outstation. Activated site address to send and receive any messages from the airlines we handled. Create job descriptions for all staff in operation departments. Start preparing the staff for the ISAGO audit. Making a schedule for internal audit.

Duty Officer

• Job Details:Responsible for all duties for the concerned company we handled as Saudi Arabia Airlines, Kenya Airways, and Fly ADeal. Follow up on all areas as the check-in counter, ramp area arrival hall, and baggage reconciliation area. Ensure the flight departed earlier and safely. Ensure all procedures are followed as per standard.
