• Job Details:Assess training needs through meetings with GMs of departments and interviews with employees. Create and execute learning plan and programs. Contact closely with various leaders across the Bank and having a full understanding of their units and training requirements. Arrange in-house training programs as well as online e-learning models and handle all logistics for training activities.. Review training materials prepared by instructors. Maintain records of training activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments Evaluate instructor’s performance through program objectives and blueprint. Evaluate program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback. Record all training activities on Oracle System. Modify and adjust training programs when needed as per the Organization’s requirements. Negotiate contracts with external providers including desired training outcomes and cost and get the best offer.
