livelihood consultantFull Time

• Job Details:- Check the applicant's documents to verify his or her eligibility for the livelihood services provided by the project, including but not limited to training and capacity building, job placement and employment services, and small grants. - Handel applicants’ telephone calls and questions. - Review applicants’ appointments and make sure that every applicant is granted fair and equal treatment while being served at the office. - Make sure that all information related to the grant are well explained to all applicants approaching the reception in a respectful manner. - Follow up the cases and identify their needs and provides necessary support and advise when needed. - Participate in the project regular follow-up calls and visits for the project beneficiaries. - Making field visits to determine their eligibility for top-up grants.
