- Job Details:Responsible of receiving customers documents from all channels in order to store these files in the cabinets Oversee all POS services and BTCs provided to clients to ensure customer satisfaction. Assisting clients in resolving issues and complaints concerning conducted transactions Ensure compliance with company policies when carrying out job duties. Proceed the partial & full payment requests, upon required documents and client verified request provided from branches. Proceed the charge-off and skip payments, upon approvals. Proceed all customers requests such as (postponement, reschedule, close loan, … etc). Issuance of all requested certificates from customers side (liability letter, clearance letter … etc) Handle all requests received from collection unit to close matured loans, Non-performing loans on time in order to improve the Non-performing portfolio. Handling all batches required to perform on LOS. Reconciliation on all transactions performed on LOS and SOF. Reconciliation on all cases allocated on the system on daily basis. Handling all transactions operations' issues related to all products. Responsible for archiving all customer’s files and correspondences with Info-Fort. Handle customers’ requests through CRM within timely manner. Completing other special tasks requested by the higher level.
