    • Job Details:• Experience in Brownfield and Greenfield Projects • Review and compile project technical documentations, drawings, specifications& requirements. • Manage piping deliverables contributing to the overall project quality, schedule, cost and HSSE performance by contractors/vendors through all project stages. • Preparation and checking of all piping design deliverables such as Piping GAs, Piping Plan, Layouts, Plot Plans, Nozzle orientations, Isometrics, pipe support drawings, Piping MTO, Tie-in schedule, Piping Material Specifications, Data Sheets, Stress Analysis reports, Material Specifications & Requisitions, Technical Bid Evaluations. • Performs supervision on site to ensure piping fabrication and installation work have been safely and appropriately executed according to the piping scope of work and as per drawings and clients’ specification • Provide input and direction to the contractor’s piping design, construction and commissioning activities, ensuring compliance with the agreed scope of work, standards, and project schedule. • Inspection of field installation and completion of associated documentation on a continuing basis and complete the final P&ID checks prior to turnover • Performs on-site checks on the recorded checklists, ensuring the information is accurate and generates reports on work progress for senior team members’ review • Monitor the subcontractor performance with their approved quality plan. • Meet Group/Project Quality requirements • Leads all topsides piping activities during construction and integration up to mechanical completion • Responsible for the development of pressure test packages and responsible for witnessing & verifying and acceptance • Experienced in providing daily technical support as part of a team working on various engineering projects, which include oil and gas processing plant piping and piping flexibility analysis for service assessments& operational problem-solving. • Communicate with other disciplines and get problem solve ability discussions • Provide technical assistance to the piping superintendents and crafts • Prepare the construction work package and review installation work package • Actively interface with other teams, including construction, commissioning, and operation • Provide technical support as required • Assist supervision and project controls in the preparation of detailed work plans • Prepare a resolution for the field changes, planning of work &responsible for materials follow up for continuous supply and smooth fabrication as well as field welds • Achieving project milestones within schedule, quality and safety • Manages flange management activities up to mechanical completion • Co-ordinate with Contractor’s Engineer regarding request routing, checking, testing and calculations for approved works • Other duties as directed by Project Engineering Manager and Lead Piping Engineer • Assess suitability of requested deviations from Company, international Standards &Codes of Practice. • Plans and participates in any inspection/testing activities associated with their respective equipment packages. • Promote safe behavior at all times • Prepare the final test package and submitted it to turnover team. • Handover the systems to commissioning team. • Assist the commissioning and operations team for any issues requiring piping engineering expertise. • Familiar with the typical software packages that are used for piping engineering design • Coaching and mentoring as delegated • Adhere to and comply with relevant discipline specific Procedures and provide feedback for continuous improvement • Participate in audits and incident investigations as required
