• Job Details:Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and ensure product availability. Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies. Identify and report slow-moving or out-of-stock items. Warehouse Organization: Maintain an organized and efficient layout of goods. Implement FIFO, LIFO, or other inventory methods as required. Ensure cleanliness, order, and safety in the warehouse. Receiving & Dispatching: Verify incoming shipments against invoices or purchase orders. Coordinate with logistics for on-time delivery of outgoing goods. Handle documentation for receiving and dispatch processes. System Updates & Reporting: Enter daily transactions (receiving, issuing, transfers) into warehouse management systems (WMS). Use tools such as SAP, Oracle, or other ERP software. Generate stock reports and support audits. Supervision & Training: Guide and train junior warehouse staff. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures. Act as a point of contact between warehouse and other departments (procurement, logistics, etc.).

Warehouse SupervisorFull Time

• Job Details:1. Inventory Management: Ensure accurate tracking of stock levels using WMS/ERP systems. Oversee cycle counts and full physical inventory audits. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies. 2. Warehouse Operations: Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and shipping goods. Implement and monitor FIFO, LIFO, or FEFO systems as applicable. Ensure proper handling and storage of materials to prevent damage. 3. Team Supervision: Lead and coordinate the work of warehouse staff (pickers, forklift drivers, etc.). Provide on-the-job training and support performance evaluations. Enforce health, safety, and housekeeping standards. 4. Documentation & System Accuracy: Ensure timely and accurate data entry into warehouse management systems. Prepare reports on stock movement, damaged items, and space utilization. Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and production teams. 5. Process Improvement & Compliance: Identify and implement opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency. Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations. Support audits (internal/external) by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

Warehouse SupervisorFull Time

• Job Details:make planning and distribution of warehouse goods Supervise and control the operation of goods entering and leaving Checking the items received Ensuring the availability of goods as needed Oversee the work of other warehouse staff Make planning and monitoring reports Planning inventory taking every month Improve and Develop Warehouse flow of work to meet the updated company’s objectives. • Setup layout & space management; procedures such as SOP. • Manage stock control: the self-assured receipt, storage, timely delivery, retrieval of goods; shipment loading & transferring; document recording and data entry into system. • Planning, organizing and controlling of Warehouse’ over-all operations. • Constantly plan out all warehouse resources and activities in relation to company objectives and set targets. • Make plans to develop staffs of warehouse by internal/on-job training. • Follow up & control all equipment for work needed (Mobile Crane, Forklift and Truck….etc.) • Follow up & control daily absence and over time • Ensure that workplace’s health and safety requirements are met and take responsibility for the security of the building and stock. • Maintain housekeeping of warehouse and surrounding area. • Prepare Inventory report, IN/OUT status report, dead stock report, goods age report, consumption report, manpower status report to supply chain Manager. • Implement cost reduction principle in all aspects of warehouse transactions and activities. • Audit of daily labor and billing reports. • Running shift with safety and efficiency as priorities • Promote constant motivation among staff to strive for an efficient and effective warehouse administration._ Enhance subordinates’ well being and capability through training and give opportunities for promotion. • Manage and control the stock physical count.
