• Job Details:Job Description 1. Recruitment:-  Prepare notices and advertisements for vacant staff positions  Interview applicants about their experience, education and skills  Ensure that accurate job descriptions are in place  Provide advice and assistance with writing job descriptions  Contact references and perform background checks  Inform applicants about job details such as benefits and compensation  Hire or refer qualified candidates  Conduct new employee orientations 2. Personnel:-  Process paper work  Monitor daily attendance.  Maintain and ensure the implementation of the company's policy.  Supervising and monitoring the work staff.  Preparing reports for the staff general performance.  Investigate and understand causes for staff absences.  Provide advice and assistance when conducting staff performance evaluation  Conduct exit interviews
